Statement from Premier Greg Selinger on Today's Events in Ottawa
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the soldier tragically killed in Ottawa today, and those injured. We commend and thank the first responders, police officers and security personnel who put themselves in harm’s way to protect our fellow Canadians.
As we struggle to make sense of these tragic events at the heart of our nation’s democracy, Manitobans stand with all Canadians, united in our sadness, strength and resilience.
