  • Carol Hiscock (Winnipeg), a physiotherapist and health-care administration professional who has held executive director positions at the Arthritis Society’s Manitoba and Saskatchewan divisions and at the Manitoba division of the Canadian Mental Health Association;
  • Ernest Janzen (Winnipeg), a human resources manager at Plett Trucking and a contract instructor at the University of Winnipeg; and
  • Kathleen Reid (Winnipeg), an active community volunteer involved with several organizations including the Winnipeg Art Gallery Development Committee and the Out of the Box Parent Support Group.
