Fire Bulletin
- Manitoba Conservation, the Manitoba Emergency Measures Organization and the Office of the Fire Commissioner continue to support municipalities and fire departments in southeastern Manitoba.
- There are no mandatory evacuation orders in place.
- One new fire started in the southeast region and is being acted upon.
- Cottagers, hikers, residents and other travellers should keep a close eye on local conditions.

Stuartburn Fire
- The main fire of concern continues to be the Caliento fire that originated in the RM of Stuartburn and spread into the RMs of Piney, Reynolds and Labroquerie. The 15,000-hectare fire remains out of control. Fire suppression efforts will continue today.
- Since the fire began, more than 160 firefighters from 27 different municipal fire departments have been working to fight the fire.
- Water bombers continue to support firefighting efforts.
Bissett Fire
- There has been no change in the fire near Bissett at Long Lake. It is still 18,000 hectares in size, approximately 40 km long and six km wide. No structures have been lost at this time.
- Approximately 116 firefighters and support staff as well as seven bulldozers, one skidder, eight helicopters and water-bomber support are being used to fight this fire.
