Province Advises New Manitoba Highways Map Available for Free



Manitoba Infrastructure has issued the 2016 Official Highway Map free of charge. 

There are a number of updates to this year’s map including new highway additions such as PTH 190 through CentrePort Canada, PTH 110 near Brandon, town and city boundaries, and new parks.  

Other changes include: 

  • listing PR 483 as paved to Pelican Rapids,
  • listing PR 340 as paved south of Shilo,
  • adding Chitek Lake Provincial Park,
  • changing Morden from Town to City,
  • removing or renaming several rail lines, and
  • updating winter roads to current alignment. 

The map will be available at Travel Manitoba and other designated locations.  It is also available online at www.gov.mb.ca/mit/map/index.html
