PROVINCE ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENT TO ASSINIBOINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF GOVERNORS



Manitoba Education and Training advises it has appointed one new member to the Assiniboine Community College (ACC) board of governors.

Lori Dangerfield is a pharmacist and owner and manager of Home Health Care Pharmacy in Brandon.  She has served as president of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce, member of the Keystone Centre of Manitoba and co-chair of the Brandon Commonwealth Air Training Plan Museum Fund Raising Committee.  Dangerfield is an honorary lieutenant-colonel, 26th Field Artillery Regiment, R.C.A.

ACC is an accredited college that has been providing learning experiences for over 55 years.  It offers over 40 unique diploma and certificate programs across a variety of disciplines including culinary arts and hospitality, business, agriculture and environment, health and human services, trades and technology.  The college also delivers apprenticeship programming in a range of skilled trade disciplines.
