Eligibility
Today, people who received their first dose on or before May 14 can book a second-dose appointment. Tomorrow, this will expand at 11:45 am to include people who received their first dose on or before May 18.
Manitobans are strongly reminded to only book their appointment based on the date of their first dose or other provincial criteria. For more information, visit https://manitoba.ca/covid19/vaccine/eligibility-criteria.html#second-dose.
All people aged 12 and up are eligible to book their first-dose appointments.

Vaccine Administration
A total of 1,077,421 doses of vaccine have been administered in Manitoba.
People who received a COVID-19 vaccine outside of Manitoba can now contact covidimmunizationrecordsinformation@gov.mb.ca to update that information. This email address can also be used to request other updates or corrections to a COVID-19 immunization. Individuals may also contact their local public health office with this information if needed.
Appointments
The Leila super site (770 Leila Ave.) in Winnipeg is allowing walk-ins for first-dose immunizations today, June 16 from 1 to 7:45 pm and tomorrow, June 17, from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose First Dose Vaccination Tour will visit six vaccination sites this week to encourage Manitobans to fill additional walk-up appointments for first dose Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Pop-up clinics have been scheduled throughout the province in June. Indigenous people can also attend an urban Indigenous clinic led by community organizations in Winnipeg, Brandon, Thompson and Portage la Prairie.

Workforce
More than 3,000 people have been hired to assist with Manitoba’s vaccination efforts including immunizers, clinic managers, clinical leads, system navigators and observers. This is in addition to 1,250 staff who have been assigned to COVID-19 immunization efforts from regional health authorities, bringing the total of new hires and existing staff to 4,313.
Vaccine Supply and Distribution
To date, 1,178,960 doses of vaccine have been delivered to Manitoba. This includes:
• 854,100 doses of Pfizer vaccine;
• 233,100 doses of the Moderna vaccine; and
• 91,760 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
Manitoba is expecting 63,180 doses of Pfizer and 105,280 of Moderna to be delivered this week.
