2026 Assessment Notices and Appeals During Postal Disruption
Manitoba Municipal and Northern Relations advises that due to the countrywide postal disruption, effective Sept. 25, 2025, the delivery of printed assessment notices may be delayed for properties located in municipalities outside of Winnipeg.
Property owners may review their 2026 assessment through one of the following options:
- Visit Manitoba Assessment Online at https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/public/search_select.aspx to view 2026 assessments once they are posted. Municipal notice dates can be found at: https://www.gov.mb.ca/mr/assessment/pubs/2026-notice_date_municipality.pdf. Appeal deadlines for municipalities are listed online here: https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/public/bor_dates.aspx.
- Create a MyPropertyMB account to view assessment and property details online at: https://www.gov.mb.ca/mao/myproperty/login.aspx.
- Contact a district assessment office, using the Municipal Officials Directory available here: https://www.gov.mb.ca/mr/contactus/pubs/mod.pdf.
