Heat and Smoke Advisory #3



Manitoba public health officials are warning people of an extended period of heat for Manitoba lasting into next week, with most of the province affected with the exception of the far northeast area. Manitobans are advised to be prepared and plan for intense and long-lasting heat.

Manitoba public health officials are also warning people of an extended period of heat and the effects of smoke exposure due to current wildland fires burning in parts of the province and neighbouring jurisdictions.
